About the Company

Our client, a well‑recognized business advisory and consulting firm, is looking for a Senior Consultant to join the growing team.

Responsibilities

• Review of client books and records and reconcile account balances for supporting schedules
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, footnotes, and checklists
• Support clients’ Form 10‑K, Forms 10‑Q, and quarterly earnings release
• Prepare non‑public company’s financial statements, footnotes, and necessary support
• Assist team on maintaining accounting models in Excel
• Responsible for highlighting unusual relationships from basis analysis for financial statements and account balances
• Assist in various projects including FP&A, IPO readiness, and M&A

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 3‑4 years in public accounting
• CPA
• Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting a plus

Salary Range

$85,000–$115,000
