Job summary

Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Newark, NJ operations, overseeing warehouse, yard, and delivery activities across multiple construction projects.

You will manage receiving, inventory, routing, and fleet readiness to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and safe handling of materials. The ideal candidate brings hands-on warehouse and logistics leadership, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to train and motivate a team in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required or equivalent.
• Five years of warehouse and logistics experience.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Keep warehouse organized and stocked in designated areas.
• Train and monitor unloading of material to stage for counting and inspecting.
• Receive and check all deliveries and ensure slips are accurate.
• Plan and coordinate all sales orders for company projects.
• Distribute material and equipment to the projects they belong to.
• Direct and coordinate all pick-ups and deliveries from vendors and projects.
• Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the yard and property.
