ARCO is seeking a highly experienced Lead Superintendent to manage exterior construction operations for warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and cold storage projects. You will oversee field operations, ensure project completion on time and within budget, and coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors from day one.

The role requires 5–25 years of construction leadership experience, willingness to travel, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and scheduling software.

Qualifikationen

• 5-25 years' experience leading ground-up, commercial or light industrial construction projects.
• Last 5 years as lead superintendent on warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and/or cold storage projects.
• Willing to travel as projects require.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.
• Experience with iPad or similar tablet highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Attend post-award review meetings to receive project information and preplanning details.
• Prepare a schedule of construction activities, organizational structure, staffing, and equipment needs.
• Direct total construction project to meet specifications and schedule while controlling costs and providing expected profit.
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate with project schedules and progress.
• Inform supervisors and subcontractors promptly of schedule changes and approve requisitions and invoices.
• Assist in preparing job progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
