Job summary

ANF Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Superintendent to provide on-site leadership for field administration, supervision, and technical management on a major construction project starting early 2026.

The role requires planning, coordinating, and executing construction activities while keeping the schedule, budget, safety, and client relations at the forefront. You will lead foremen, trades, and subcontractors and ensure quality and timely completion of work.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in construction supervision or superintendent roles.
• Experience leading foremen, trades, and subcontractors.
• Strong planning, scheduling, cost control, and safety program skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and scheduling with initial project schedule and updates.
• Develop and enforce site logistics and temporary facilities plans.
• Lead project safety program in line with policies and laws.
• Manage quality assurance and workmanship across subs.
• Coordinate plans, specs, and schedules to ensure on-time completion.
• Review purchase orders and subcontracts for compliance.
• Support monthly progress and cost reporting with Project Manager.
