Job summary

Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC is seeking a seasoned Superintendent for our Birmingham, AL operation. The role focuses on scheduling, subcontractor management, client communication, safety, and ensuring compliance with contract documents.

Responsibilities include daily coordination with the Project Manager, field staff oversight, look-ahead scheduling, and support for progress billing. Requires OSHA 30hr and prior USACE/NAVFAC experience.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in similar projects, building renovations, and/or new construction.
• Experience managing USACE and/or NAVFAC government construction projects.
• Experience with Procore is required.
• Proficiency with RMS, Word, Excel and PDF tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall quality and production of work and conformance to Contract Documents.
• Coordinate/communicate with Project Manager daily and with Owner as necessary.
• Oversee safety programs and field coordination with Quality Control Manager and Site Safety and Health Officer.
• Prepare short-term look ahead schedules and weekly coordination meetings.
• Support progress billing and manage deliveries, staging, and equipment on site.
