Blue Ridge Executive Search is working with a premier construction firm to hire a senior Superintendent in Denver, Colorado. The role oversees all field operations, coordinates trades, and supports project executives from planning through completion.

The ideal candidate brings 5–10+ years of high-rise and large-project experience in Colorado, a strong safety mindset, and a proven ability to lead crews, manage schedules, and maintain excellent owner and subcontractor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of construction superintendent experience.
• High-rise or large-project experience in Colorado.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and site rules.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and laborers.
• In-depth knowledge of the Colorado market.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timekeeping, payroll schedules, and approve PTO.
• Oversee field construction per contract documents including safety and QC.
• Coordinate trade activities, schedules, and relationships with owners and subcontractors.
• Work with the team to improve client and employee experience.
