James R. Vannoy & Sons Construction Company, LLC seeks an experienced Lead Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial projects from inception to completion, focusing on healthcare, K-12, and higher education sectors in Asheville, NC.

You will lead on-site activities, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent leading commercial construction projects.
• Healthcare, K-12, or higher education construction experience.
• Strong leadership and communication to manage field teams.
• Ability to read drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• CMAR project delivery experience is a plus.
