Qualifications

• AS degree in Construction Management or 15 years of related experience.
• Minimum 15 years of construction industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field activities to meet milestone dates.
• Oversee trades such as operators, carpenters and laborers.
• Produce Daily Reports.
• Maintain a culture of safety and cleanliness.
• Develop short-interval look-ahead schedules and communicate them.
• Administer contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Closeout: punch list and project closeout processes.
