A leading construction firm is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee operations of construction sites in Buffalo, NY. This role involves managing daily tasks, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining relationships with clients, including VA Hospitals. Ideal candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in commercial construction, strong communication skills, and relevant certifications. Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in a superintendent role in commercial construction.
• Experience working with the Veterans Affairs Hospitals or on Government Projects.
• General Contractor (GC) License and Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification preferred.
• Prior military experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of a construction site from planning to completion.
• Conduct quality safety inspections and develop site logistics plans.
• Manage employees’ schedules and prepare Daily Reports to the VA.
• Attend and participate in all project meetings, including subcontractor meetings.
