Job summary

B.H. Inc. is seeking a full-time Director of Scheduling to oversee company-wide scheduling, improve coordination across all jobsites, and communicate schedule risks to leadership.

We offer a competitive annual salary of $175,000 - $200,000+ (depends on experience) plus weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) match, and paid time off. Location: Vernal or North Salt Lake, UT.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a construction scheduler using Oracle Primavera software (P6 or Primavera Cloud) required.
• Experience leading direct reports and scheduling teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field preferred.
• Experience facilitating pull planning or scrum sessions; Last Planner System, takt plans, or linear schedules preferred.
• Expert user of Primavera Cloud or P6; ability to create corporate- and project-level schedule reports.

• Communicate schedule risks to leadership and safeguard profit by mitigating delays.
• Mentor scheduling talent and lead with integrity, ensuring safety and quality.
