A leading engineering firm is seeking a Construction Scheduler to support facilities projects in Kittery, ME. This role involves managing complex scheduling issues and analyzing project timelines. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of CPM scheduling experience, preferably with Primavera P6, and strong communication skills to present complex analyses to various stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is required, as well as U.S. citizenship to maintain security clearances. A competitive salary between $170,000 and $190,000 is offered, along with multiple benefits including participation in an Employee Ownership Plan.
Qualifications
Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain NACI/CAC.
12+ years of construction CPM scheduling experience required.
Experience in conducting forensic reviews of Time-Impact Analyses.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple construction projects and develop technical recommendations.
Lead project team in reviewing monthly contractor updates.
Perform Time-Impact Analysis on construction schedule.
