NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Construction Scheduler to lead baseline development, review contractor schedules, and monitor schedule health.

The role collaborates across construction teams, evaluates Time Impact Analyses, and drives data-driven project control. The position supports multiple data center projects, requires strong analytical and communication skills, and includes a remote work option with a monthly stipend and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience with construction scheduling responsibilities, including schedule development and analysis.
• PSP or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with data centers or high-tech construction projects preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead baseline establishment with general contractors and review project schedules for mitigation.
• Develop monthly internal reports and communicate schedule risks to stakeholders.
• Create scheduling KPIs and dashboards; monitor schedule health across projects.
• Review Time Impact Analyses and provide feedback to teams and contractors.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, design, supply chain, and project management to plan and control project lifecycle.

The Sr. construction scheduler is responsible for reviewing /analyzing the General Contractors’ schedules and reporting schedule health to the Sr. Manager, Construction Scheduling and other stakeholders. This will include working closely with NTT’s Construction Team and General Contractors to ensure scheduling best practices are applied across NTT GDC Americas. The construction scheduler will also assist in analyzing schedule delays by reviewing the General Contractors’ Time Impact Analysis. This position will play an important role in providing data driven input to support NTT’s predictability. Construction Scheduler will be responsible for collecting as built data and working with the scheduling team in developing schedule standards and benchmarks.

• Lead the baseline establishment efforts by partnering with NTT’s general contractors.
• Review General Contractors’ project schedules to identify potential concerns/issues with a focus on mitigation.
• Develop monthly internal reports and communicate schedule risks with the project stakeholders.
• Develop scheduling key performance indicators and create scheduling dashboards. Communicate schedule health with the project key stakeholders.
• Review Time Impact Analysis and provide feedback to the construction team and general contractors.
• Partner closely with NTT GDCA preconstruction, design, supply chain, and project management to plan the project and maintain control through the project life cycle.
• Lead schedule meetings with the construction team and general contractors.
• Fully versed in critical path scheduling requirements for construction projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to understand, build, and approve/accept schedules produced by contractors.
• Experience in reviewing time impact analysis and recovery schedules.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and set priorities based on the business needs.
• Ability to clearly set and lead meetings to develop strong project control systems.
• Ability to integrate data from P6 into power BI dashboards.
• Ability to be highly confidential.
• Proficient with computers to include the utilization of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
• Excellent analytical, creative thinking, written and verbal communication skills.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

• ~ Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Business, or Engineering preferred.
• 10 years’ experience with construction scheduling responsibilities, that include schedule development, schedule analysis, earned value analysis, and forensic scheduling.
• ~ Experience with Data Centers or high-tech construction projects is preferred.
• ~ PSP or PMP certified is preferred.

• Able to hear and speak into a telephone.
• Close visual work on a computer terminal.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.
• Standard office; Data Center environment with varying temperatures and loud noises; extensive daily usage of workstation or computer.
• Perform work from a remote location with stable internet connection.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
