Qualifications

• 13+ years of safety management experience with training program delivery.
• 7+ years with a Bachelor's in safety management; electrical experience preferred.
• 5+ years with a Master's; S&H training and regulatory compliance (1910, 1926, EM-385).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of safety systems: ANSI-Z10, OHSAS 18001, ISO 31000.
• Willingness to pursue ASP, CSP, CHST.
• Experience in electrical/construction/federal and commercial S&H.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, implement safety training plans and curriculums.
• Conduct new hire orientation (OSHA 10, 30 and CPR/FA training).
• Redesign training material and enhance employee experience.
• Interpret NEC/NFPA 70E/NESC standards and oversee NFPA 70E training.
• Monitor and measure training effectiveness.
• Mentor safety professionals and coordinate updates across the org.
• Stay current with regulatory, operational, and technical safety matters.
• Advise on risk and hazard mitigation plans with customers and teams.
