Zusammenfassung

The Tatitlek Corporation seeks a Quality Control Manager to oversee the planning, implementation and supervision of the project quality control plan on a government construction project. You will ensure materials, workmanship and construction comply with contract, plans, specifications and codes, and manage submittals and daily inspections.

Responsibilities include leading preparatory meetings, daily QC reporting, site inspections, and enforcing safety policies.

Qualifikationen

• A four-year degree in construction-related curriculum or equivalent.
• 5+ years of field experience in QC, superintendent, or PM.
• 40-Hour EM 385 1-1 Construction Safety Hazard Awareness.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Government contracting experience.
• U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Construction Quality Management for Contractors Certificate.

Aufgaben

• Review QC and Safety Plans with Safety Officer and tailor to project.
• Coordinate submittals with suppliers and government reviewer.
• Track submittals from transmittal to government approvals.
• Lead daily inspections and enforce defect removal with photo records.
• Inspect materials on site; liaison between contractor and QAR.
• Ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety regulations.
• Prepare prep meetings and daily QC reports; monitor progress.
• Assess safety and enforce on-site policies.
