The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in construction management and field inspections and demonstrate proficiency in safety regulations and contractor evaluations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of construction management and field inspection experience.
• Proven experience in managing complex construction operations.
• Strong technical expertise in construction scheduling, quality assurance, and safety compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess contractor claims and performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and evaluate effectiveness and compliance.
• Ensure contractor compliance with schedules, plans, specifications, and workmanship standards.
• Review contractor quality control reports and perform quality assurance inspections.
• Maintain records of deficiencies, field issues, and RFIs for project tracking.
