Job summary

MGAC in San Francisco is seeking an experienced construction project manager to own delivery across the full lifecycle from planning to closeout. Expect 4-5 days per week onsite in San Francisco, with a focus on cost management, scheduling, risk mitigation, and financial reporting for commercial interiors and base building projects.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of hands-on PM and project controls experience, a track record across TI and base building renovations, and a collaborative mindset

• 7+ years hands-on experience in construction PM and project controls across all phases.
• Background in commercial interiors/ TI, base building and renovations.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project management with 4-5 days per week in San Francisco, per client needs.
• Drive cost management, scheduling, risk mitigation and financial reporting across projects.
