Identify and address watering, establishment, and post-installation obligations in the scope, schedule, and approved pricing.
Escalate capacity gaps, unresolved builder issues, and material financial risks with a recommended action.
Five or more years of relevant construction project management or field leadership experience, with demonstrated ownership of schedules, customer communication, and job costs.
Experience coordinating multiple crews, subcontractors, or concurrent jobs; ability to read plans and interpret scope and quantities.
Strong budget management, prioritization, documentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills.
Proficiency with project or ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams; ability to learn company software.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel among local communities and job sites.
Production homebuilder or builder-facing subcontractor experience; landscape, irrigation, sitework, or land development background.
Experience leading an assistant PM or field supervisors and improving underperforming operations.
Construction Management or related education, or equivalent practical experience; OSHA 30 training.
Combination of office and active construction-site work, with local travel as needed. Work may require early starts and seasonal schedule flexibility. Site visits involve walking on uneven terrain and exposure to weather; required personal protective equipment must be used. Essential duties may be performed with reasonable accommodation.
