Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions in Plano, TX seeks an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead retail construction programs from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee budgets, schedules, client relations, and project teams to ensure excellence in delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, financial acumen, and collaboration with estimating, design, and operations. Hybrid work with up to 50% travel nationwide, and a strong safety culture are core to the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree in an accredited construction program or equivalent; eight to fifteen years construction experience with increasing responsibility.
• Proven success delivering large-scale commercial, healthcare, education, or multi-family projects with a general contractor.
• Background supporting restaurant, grocery, convenience store, or big-box retail projects preferred.
• Deep understanding of construction means and methods, cost control, scheduling, and safety.
• Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera).
• OSHA 30, or ability to acquire, is required
• State/local General Contractors license is preferred
• PMP and CQMC preferred
• LEED Accreditation or experience with sustainable building practices is preferred
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Mentor and develop project management staff.

• Support workforce planning and succession development.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and project partners.
• Lead project status meetings and executive-level communications.

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our growing General Contracting Division in Plano, TX. This is a highly visible role responsible for overseeing commercial retail construction programs from preconstruction through closeout while managing project teams, client relationships, budgets, schedules, and operational performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Leadership

Pay & Benefits:

The anticipated compensation range for the position is $125,000 to $150,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, flexible paid time off, paid holidays, sick time, and a matching 401K plan.
