Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct all pre-construction coordination meetings with potential stakeholders.
• Prepare and update project schedules as necessary.
• Create and maintain job cost spreadsheets and manage purchase orders.
• Conduct weekly job meetings onsite.
• Plan accordingly for equipment and material needs.
• Complete project close out documents for the owner's review.
