Job summary

Manhattan Construction is seeking a Project Manager 3 in Oklahoma City to manage overall project direction and financial outcomes for assigned projects. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, with a minimum of 10 years of industry experience, and the ability to manage large-scale projects exceeding $50 million. Qualifications

• 10 years of industry experience required.
• Proven ability to manage projects in excess of $50 million.
• Completed OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification and First Aid & CPR Training.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project direction, completion, and financial outcome.
• Approve submission of Change Order Requests to Owners.
• Review and approve language of trade contracts.
• Manage performance of the project and ensure compliance with QA QC programs.
• Lead construction activities to complete projects.
