Job summary
Manhattan Construction is seeking a Project Manager 3 in Oklahoma City to manage overall project direction and financial outcomes for assigned projects. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, with a minimum of 10 years of industry experience, and the ability to manage large-scale projects exceeding $50 million. Qualifications
10 years of industry experience required.
Proven ability to manage projects in excess of $50 million.
Completed OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification and First Aid & CPR Training.
Responsibilities
Manage overall project direction, completion, and financial outcome.
Approve submission of Change Order Requests to Owners.
Review and approve language of trade contracts.
Manage performance of the project and ensure compliance with QA QC programs.
Lead construction activities to complete projects.
