Mullins Mechanical seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through hand-off. You will develop schedules, manage budgets, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure client satisfaction across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include preparing budgets, writing subcontracts, tracking costs, and ensuring safety and quality on every job. Strong leadership and communication are essential to drive on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• PMP/CCM certification is a plus
• OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR Training
• Extensive experience budgeting construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment
• Highly organized with leadership experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and project mgmt software
• Understanding of contract and subcontract documents and terms

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage all project documentation
• Schedule and lead project hand-off meetings
• Prepare construction budgets from plans and specs; verify cost codes
• Obtain permits and finalize Schedule of Values
• Manage project schedule with field teams
• Prepare/subcontract and purchase orders; negotiate terms
• Contractually manage subcontractors and vendors
• Prepare monthly project billing and cost reports
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity on site
• Collaborate with PMs/ Superintendents to allocate resources
• Lead performance reviews and mentor staff
• Maintain accurate time sheets and cost tracking
• Monitor project profitability and cost discrepancies
• Update CRM and Opportunity tracking
• Ensure client satisfaction and timely communications
