Baker Concrete Construction, Inc is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Fort Myers, FL. The role reports to the Operations Manager and drives financial results and client satisfaction across multiple projects, while achieving SQP goals and contributing to company initiatives.

You will develop co-workers, participate in business planning, and uphold safety standards as part of the BURG team. A strong PM background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 13+ years of construction experience or 16 years of related experience.
• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager.

Responsabilités

• Contributes to Pre-Construction Processes.
• Oversees Job Transition and Start-Up Process.
• Accountable for Cost and Schedule; manages cash flow.
• Directs and/or Oversees Staff; fosters client relationships.
• Oversees generation and submission of technical records.
• Participates in development of project plans and BURG goals.
• Ensures project safety and risk management; maintains safe work environment.
• Supports training and certifications.
