Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Federal Building Division in Seattle, Washington.

We are looking for Senior Project Managers who can facilitate teamwork, feel ownership over processes and results, motivate, and build a culture of flexible productivity. Successful candidates plan their work and execute their plans effectively.

Responsibilities

1. Lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver construction projects.
2. Participate in the design and execution of safety and quality control activities.
3. Manage project staffing and budgets.
4. Assist in bid package development, pre-qualification, and budget prep.
5. Lead preconstruction meetings and coordinate RFIs.
6. Analyze risks, schedule issues, and impacts of long-lead materials or equipment on cash flow.
7. Maintain relationships with clients.
8. Propose and implement project delivery approaches.
9. Oversee project close-out and claims.
10. Serve as primary contact for senior leadership on critical initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. 10+ years of experience.
3. Skills in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, supervision, financial reporting, and client relations.
4. Some roles may require relocation.
5. Salary range: $138,000 - $207,000/year.
