The role emphasizes coordination with field operations, risk management, and ongoing communications with clients. A background in engineering and at least five years in construction are preferred, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum five years of relatable construction experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and adaptability in diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from hand‑off to close‑out.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Ensure project profitability and adherence to contracts and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with field operations, safety, and subs, to meet milestones.
• Prepare project reports, meetings, and risk assessments.
• Coach and develop junior engineers and project staff.
