Responsibilities

• Manages and directs a large-scale program or project in terms of budget, operations and staffing.
• Oversees design, construction productivity and schedule for multiple capital projects.
• Develops contract terms and monitors services provided by private contractors.
• Enforces safety standards and promotes safety culture throughout the program.
