Job summary

Pepper Construction is seeking a Project Leader to oversee all phases of construction, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery on projects typically exceeding $25 million. Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of construction to maintain safety, quality, on-budget and on-schedule delivery.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
Lead subcontractor procurement and negotiation.
Monitor performance, resolve conflicts, and ensure contract and safety compliance.
Direct closeout, commissioning, and turnover to ensure client satisfaction.
Manage projects exceeding $25 million.
