Qualifications

• 7-to-10 years' experience with a general contractor.
• Degree or certification in construction management or related field.
• Proficient in scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for multiple construction projects.
• Mentor project teams and ensure accountability.
• Be the main point of contact for clients throughout the project.

Skills

Commercial construction experience
