The position requires a Bachelor's in a related field and a PMP certification, with a minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in commercial real estate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification is required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, ideally in commercial real estate.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
