Ajax Building Company, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning and execution of complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will partner with field leadership, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will serve as the primary contact for owners, architects, and engineers while actively managing cost, risk, and overall project performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field.
• General Contractor license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Hire, lead, and manage project personnel and delegations.
• Lead overall project execution with field teams, subs, and stakeholders.
• Establish project procedures to ensure efficiency and success.
• Oversee budgets and schedules with proactive risk management.
• Communicate with owners, architects, and engineers on project status.
• Audit activities through closeout and warranty to ensure profitability.
