Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from pre-construction through completion. You will ensure safety, timeliness, budget adherence and high quality, while guiding multi-disciplinary teams and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent understanding of project delivery processes including scheduling, cost control and quality management.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation and best practice.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects in line with agreed programme, budget and specifications.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, design and construction function.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure resources are effectively allocated and project milestones are achieved.
• Maintain accurate reporting on progress, costs, quality and performance indicators.
