Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a construction-related field.
• Experience in estimating, purchasing, or quantity surveying is required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to prepare detailed cost estimates across design stages.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage bid processes for CM and GC projects with detailed submissions.
• Prepare cost estimates for conceptual through construction documents.
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Solicit proposals from subcontractors and prepare bid forms and scopes of work.
• Provide an itemized cost breakdown for client approval at schematic design stage.
• Ensure estimates align with contract requirements and corporate guidelines.
• Maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle and resolve pricing issues.
