Responsibilities
  1. Contract Administration: Manage reporting obligations, document control, review submittals, draft correspondence, attend meetings, assist mobilization, review bids, handle closeout documentation, and manage change requests.
  2. Cost and Productivity Management: Monitor budgets, update job costs, review daily reports, produce productivity reports, and assist in developing work plans.
  3. Scheduling: Ensure timely procurement, develop and update schedules, create detailed look-ahead schedules, and incorporate changes.
  4. Relationships: Build trust with clients, owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  5. Safety and Environmental: Conduct safety observations, develop safety plans, and assist with environmental compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science or related field.
  • 10-15 years of scheduling experience.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, mathematics, communication, and technical writing.
  • Understanding of engineering or construction principles.
  • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of cost forecasting and resource planning.
  • Compliance with applicable laws, codes, and policies.
