SEL Engineering Services (SEL-ES) is seeking a Senior Construction Program Specialist with a California Class A - General Engineering Contractor License (or able to get one) to support and oversee utility, infrastructure, and power system projects. This role provides construction leadership, project oversight, contractor coordination, and technical expertise for critical power delivery projects.

Pay Range Data We anticipate filling this position as a Senior Specialist $160,600.00 $237,300. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
