Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of construction project management experience with at least 3 years in a program management role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera or Procore; PMP/PgMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple construction projects concurrently.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely completion.
• Monitor progress and performance; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
