Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead construction field services in the western United States, with emphasis on Western Colorado.

You will plan, direct and manage projects, coordinate with clients and agencies, and guide multi-project delivery with HDR's team of professionals. You will leverage strong business development and marketing collaboration, maintain employee-owned culture, and mentor a growing team while delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in construction planning/management including field engineering, submittals, estimating, scheduling, and site safety
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience with Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam, etc.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Responsibilities

• Lead construction field services business development in the western US, focusing on Western Colorado
• Plan, direct and manage contracts and projects of varying size and complexity
• Coordinate resource management across multiple projects simultaneously
• Develop and cultivate client relations with federal, state, and local agencies
• Prepare proposals in collaboration with HDR's marketing group
• Contribute to project delivery using traditional and non-traditional methods
• Engage in recruitment of engineering and construction professionals
