Job summary

Crctech is seeking an experienced construction program manager to lead long-term contracts for multi-million dollar projects from concept through completion. You will oversee safety, quality, cost and schedule while coordinating a dedicated team and interfacing with the customer and DOE stakeholders.

Applicants should possess 15–21 years of construction experience, advanced knowledge of project management, scheduling and subcontracts, and the ability to obtain a DOE security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from conceptual design to completion with primary responsibility for safety, quality, schedule and cost
• Direct a dedicated construction organization to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget and at the required quality
• Provide concise presentations to customers on construction status including complex technical and financial issues
• Conduct complex analyses of problems involving construction activities
• Develop innovative action strategies to achieve milestones early
• Perform risk analyses and approve corrective actions and priorities
• Oversee procurement inputs to optimize construction efficiency across phases from design to turnover and completion
• Manage costs, schedules, baselines and staff
• Oversee salary administration and performance development for staff
