Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience. Responsibilities include managing financial aspects of contracts and leading multiple crews. Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license or State ID.
• CPR and First Aid certification (training provided).
• 30-hour OSHA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures project is completed on time and within budget.
• Directs and leads multiple crews.
• Manages financial aspects of contracts.
• Acts as liaison between clients, architects, engineers and contractors.
• Oversees quality control including control logs and deviation reports.
• Leads weekly safety audits.
