Job summary

TEEMA in Arizona is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead mission-critical construction projects from pursuit through warranty. You will oversee the project lifecycle, manage budgets and schedules, and build strong client relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

You will mentor teams, support business development, and champion safety, quality, and profitability while aligning with company initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10–15 years construction project management experience on complex projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and project teams.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and construction management best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • OSHA 10 certification required.
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead one large or multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout and warranty.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Support business development efforts by helping develop winning proposals and participating in client presentations.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, labor, procurement, safety, and overall project performance.
  • Oversee estimating, bidding, contract reviews, change orders, and purchasing activities.
  • Monitor project financials and ensure profitability, quality, and schedule goals are achieved.
  • Champion a strong safety culture by leading safety planning, inspections, and incident response.
  • Mentor and develop project teams while collaborating with leadership on staffing and workforce planning.
  • Represent the company professionally and contribute to company initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
