Job summary

A leading construction firm in Atlanta is looking for a Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. This role entails leading multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and schedule targets. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in construction management, particularly in mechanical trades, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years managing construction projects, including leading at least 5 years of design-build or government projects.
• At least 3 years’ experience in coaching and managing project teams.
• Proven experience with mechanical trades and commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution and pre-construction activities.
• Manage multi-trade construction projects ensuring safety and quality.
• Serve as primary liaison with contractors and project stakeholders.
