Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead planning, budgets, coordination, and execution of complex new construction projects up to and exceeding $100 million. You will guide cross-functional teams, architects, engineers, contractors, and Owner Representatives to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to Sunrise quality standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and budgets.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through pre-construction to closeout.
• Manage architects, engineers, contractors, and owner representatives.
• Develop budgets, schedules, forecasts, change orders, and project costs.
• Review drawings and specifications for scope, quality, and compliance.
• Identify risks, schedule delays, cost impacts, and unforeseen conditions.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Purchasing, Interior Design, and New Openings.
• Provide leadership reporting on status, milestones, budgets, schedules, risks.
