Job summary

Cash Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to serve as the single point of responsibility for project objectives, safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. You will lead the team through acquisition, pre-construction, execution, and close-out with focus on schedule, budget, and stakeholder communication.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and scope management, along with travel up to 60% to job sites statewide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–10 years as a Project Manager in heavy civil or utilities construction such as water, wastewater, and roadwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project safety and regulatory compliance across all phases.
• Manage budget, schedule, and procurements with stakeholders.
• Lead the project team from preconstruction to closeout.
• Coordinate with municipalities, inspectors, engineers, and utility owners.
• Oversee subcontractors, resources, and project deliverables per the execution plan.
• Identify risks, manage changes, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
