Job summary

Braun Intertec Corporation is seeking Experienced Construction Materials Testing Technicians level III or IV to support projects in Haslet and Justin, Texas. Onsite testing covers soils, concrete, masonry, and asphalt on a variety of industrial, commercial, and transportation construction projects throughout the region.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction materials testing experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• ACI Concrete Field-Testing Certification preferred.
• DOT/ICC/NICET certifications are desirable.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine & complex sampling and testing of soils, aggregates, concrete, masonry, and asphalt.
• Perform field concrete testing, including slump, air content, and temperature.
• Perform field density tests of soils.
• Prepare daily reports and documentation of field activities in electronic format.
• Work with project managers and senior technicians to ensure specifications are followed.
• Assist with training & mentoring of junior staff.
