The successful candidate will have a background in engineering or construction management, with over 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in active medical facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations while managing costs and schedules. This role offers a salary range of $125k - $140k annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of combined design and construction experience in active medical facilities.
• Experience with VA Design Manuals, Specifications, and TIL.
• Proven ability to supervise and manage personnel across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and change orders; provide recommendations to the COR.
• Conduct inspections for quality, safety, and contract compliance.
