Senior Construction Manager (Data Center Project Management Advisory)
Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D), now part of Project Management Advisors (PMA), is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to support our Data Center projects in West Texas.
This is an on-site role in West Texas.
An opportunity for an experienced construction management professional who thrives in complex, fast‑paced environments, enjoys leading multidisciplinary teams, and is motivated to deliver mission‑critical facilities that support the future of technology and digital infrastructure.
At Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D), we lead the planning, development, and management of the places that shape and strengthen communities—where people live, learn, work, and innovate. B&D partners with institutions, municipalities, and organizations to deliver complex real estate and capital projects through strategic advisory and program management services across the full project lifecycle.
B&D recently joined forces with Project Management Advisors (PMA), bringing together two nationally recognized leaders in program management and real estate advisory services. Together, the combined firm offers expanded capabilities across industries and end‑to‑end project delivery—from early‑stage strategy through design, construction, and occupancy.
The Construction Manager (CM) is responsible for the direct, on‑site execution and delivery of Data Center buildings, acting as the primary field representative for the Owner’s team. Reporting to the Owner’s Representative / Project Manager (ORPM) and the owners team, the CM ensures the General Contractor (GC) achieves excellence in field productivity, schedule adherence, quality, and safety. This role is critical for driving the pace of on‑site work, resolving field‑level issues before they impact project milestones, and providing the ORPM with accurate, data‑driven updates on construction progress. The CM will focus on the tactical, day‑to‑day management of mass grading, core & shell, and the high‑volume fit‑out of mission‑critical infrastructure required for AI campuses.
