Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Construction Manager in the Latham, NY area to coordinate and deliver multiple medium-to-large projects with annual financial impact exceeding millions. You will lead project teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure successful delivery from planning through close-out across the Smart Infrastructure portfolio.

The role requires overseeing project billing, cost reporting, and client satisfaction, with strict adherence to schedules and QA standards.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and delivering multiple projects of medium to large complexity.
• Fiscal responsibility for project facets including billing and cost reporting.
• Leadership of project teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to develop and maintain project schedules and manage resources.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings and documents to establish project intent.
• Manage approximately 3 project managers and 6-10 technicians.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractors to meet scope and schedule.
• Develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinate needs with the project team.
• Oversee materials procurement and project cost reviews.
• Assist in subcontractor solicitation and contracting.
• Document project events impacting schedule, scope, or efficiency.
• Pursue billing and change-order opportunities and coordinate with Accounting.
