Do you speak project management at all levels? We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager expert in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess a background in commercial or energy performance with a focus on large projects. This candidate should be an innovative thinker and a proactive problem solver.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and collaborate with operations to ensure projects are built properly and within budget.
2. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers, helping them develop skills to advance to senior roles.
3. Maintain professional relationships with owners and clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
4. Plan project phases and work with operations to adhere to schedules and meet deadlines.
5. Create a cooperative environment where team members are engaged, motivated, and clear on their roles.
6. Update management on project statuses, including those of junior project managers.
7. Use data analysis to monitor project costs and financial health.
8. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to schedule, safety, and personnel.
9. Ensure compliance with all permitting and regulatory requirements.
10. Identify opportunities for improvement to enhance reputation among employees, clients, and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, chemistry, physics, or construction management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years project management experience.
• Experience with estimating and accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and scheduling software.
• Local experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and logical thinking skills.
• Progressive experience in technical, administrative, coordination, and management roles.
