Htprof is seeking an experienced Construction Attorney to join our Riverside team. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of construction litigation experience and a strong track record in dispute resolution and contract writing.

Must be licensed to practice law in California and have specialized knowledge of HVAC, new construction, codes, and safety regulations. The role involves drafting contracts, providing strategic legal counsel, and managing heavy caseloads with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of construction litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Specialty in construction law preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, building codes, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review, modify, and create construction contracts and contractor agreements.
• Provide legal counsel to clients and determine strategy.
• Prepare legal documents: motions, briefs, and claims.
• Resolve construction claims and disputes to avoid litigation where possible.
• Mediate, negotiate, arbitrate, litigate as needed.
• Supervise administrative staff and clerks on case projects.
