  • Verify Technical Compliance confirming that excavation and tunneling practices meet design requirements for large‑diameter shafts and complex underground structures. Ensure work aligns with contract drawings and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate Quality Assurance Testing, overseeing and facilitating independent testing of materials and construction methods. Review results to validate compliance and support timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Manage Field Operations and coordinate daily activities among contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment with project schedules and minimize conflicts in the field.
  • Uphold OSHA regulations and site‑specific safety plans. Identify and report potential hazards, enforce corrective actions, and ensure safe practices—particularly in high‑risk zones such as deep excavations and shaft areas.
