Qualifications

• Ability to operate independently and collaborate within a project team.

Responsibilities

• Assess project types, clients, and bid deadlines for prioritization.
• Analyze drawings and specifications for scope understanding.
• Prepare bid invitations and send them via email and online services.
• Conduct site inspections to assess conditions and risks.
• Organize subcontractors' quotations and negotiate to meet contract requirements.
