Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic to moderately complex estimating tasks including quantity take-offs and cost research.
• Uses Timberline to prepare Opinions of Probable Cost of Construction (OPCC).
• Develops schedules and participates in pre-bid activities.
• Provides technical, field, and site administration support.
• Reviews submittals and coordinates with project teams.
